If you are a dog club, or an independent dog association with at least ten members, and are interested in joining or renewing your membership online with CFDRDO, please complete the following application.
Specialty Club Annual Membership Dues: $25
All-Breed Dlub Annual Membership Dues: $50
Sponsor Annual Membership Dues: $100
Additional Donations Welcome
*By submitting this Application, we declare that we support the objectives of the Connecticut Federation of Dog Clubs and Responsible Dog Owners, Inc. (CFD, Inc.), as set forth in the Constitution and Bylaws of CFD, Inc., and do hereby agree to abide by the provisions set forth therein. Please indicate on payment screen if New, Renewal or Donation.
