Individual Membership Application

If you are a person who is at least 18 years old and interested in joining CFD, Inc. as an Associate or Sponsor, or in renewing your membership,  you may submit your application and payment online by completing the application form below.

Annual Dues Amounts Are Shown Below. You can upgrade your Associate Membership to a Sponsor Membership - Sponsor Dues are $100 annually.*

 

Associate Annual Membership Dues: $15

Sponsor Annual Membership Dues: $100

*By submitting this Application, I declare that I support the objectives of the Connecticut Federation of Dog Clubs and Responsible Dog Owners, Inc. (CFD, Inc.),  as set forth in the Constitution and Bylaws of CFD, Inc., and do hereby agree to abide by the provisions set forth therein.  Please indicate on payment screen if New, Renewal or Donation.
